Once you contact us the the design process starts immediately. We can very quickly give you an idea of the limitations for your new pool, or the considerations for renovation of your existing pool. Ruby Pools is design-driven, which means we make sure you love the design BEFORE building it.

After finalizing your perfect design, we submit for permit (if required), and start the prep for your build immediately. Proper planning is what sets us apart and you feel it fast. From proper excavation planning to tile selections, we quickly and efficiently get your project built.

Every pool client receives an extensive Swim Safe Plan, where Ruby Pools will review your planned pool use and ensure that every family member can safely use your pool. This includes offering swim lessons for children through the world-famous Infant Swim Rescue Program (infantswim.com).

After we fill and successfully train you on your new pool, we can provide recommendations for all required maintenance services. While we do not provide weekly service, we work with dozens of the best local providers to ensure no gaps in the critical phases of maintaining your pool.
